I met Jim as he was working on the idea for Sam Adams. He asked me what I thought of it. I told him it was a dud. Wat did I know? I also told him if he did brew a good beer, like the good beers from Dortmund, he could be onto something. Like he needed me to tell him that?
Good beer should be sniffed and savored, like wine. I agree.

Not just the father of the American revolution but father of all great beers, im not in need of alcohol treatment i drink my sam adams the same I would a fine glass of wine slowly and responsibly and enjoy every sip of it. There's not a single beer that doesn't go good with food coming out of their brewery.
