Your new navigation device
If you have a new GPS navigator, know that these great little gadgets are targeted by thieves. When you park, take it with you or put it out of sight. And be sure to remove the holder attached to your window. If the bad guys see it, they figure there’s a GPS in the car. Even if you have it, your car can be damaged and other things stolen.
ICE - "In Case of Emergency"
If you're in an accident or taken ill, the people attending you have your mobile phone but don't know who to call. You may have hundreds of numbers but which is the contact person in case of an emergency? Now there’s "ICE" (In Case of Emergency).
"ICE" is for emergencies. Store the number of the person who should be contacted under the name "ICE" (In Case Of Emergency). For more than one name, enter ICE1, ICE2 and ICE3 etc.
This great idea will make a difference! It’s one of the few viral internet campaigns that makes sense. Thanks to John Haas for telling us about it.

Frugal Factoids Hefty and Healthy
No, they won’t tell us to go ahead and pack on 40 pounds, but they say a few extra pounds (up to 25) can help us fight off infections and heal from illness or accidents. I believe I'll finish off the Christmas cookies today.
Take A Nap
A six-year study found that napping, at least three 30-minute naps a week, reduces risk of heart disease by 37%. That’s as effective as exercise or prescription drugs. And more fun.
