FRUGAL TIPS
• Add garlic early in your preparation if you want a light taste of garlic and at the end if your want a stronger taste.
• To keep squirrels from eating your plants, sprinkle cayenne pepper around them. The pepper doesn't hurt the plant, but squirrels hate it.
