Monday November 10 at 7:45 AM on NE Cable News, the Frugal Yankee shares tips!

Here are a few money saving tips.
• Chewing gum, yawning, sucking on a hard candy and/or swallowing frequently may relieve 'airplane ear', that sense of pressure while flying. (source: Consumer Reports on Health)

• Looking to cash in on your old gold? Don't use those 'services' advertised on TV. You'll do better on eBay or a reputable jeweler.

• If you're planning for an emergency, don’t forget about your furry friends. Have several days supply of vittles on hand.

• Erasers or rubbing alcohol clean contact on batteries and their connectors.
